A great option as a default if you’re out of time, short on ingredients or taken by surprise.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of bottled oil and vinegar based Italian salad dressing. That’s it. That’s all.

Directions

Pour one cup of salad dressing over steaks placed flat in a deep sided pan or in a sealable plastic food storage bag. Cover pan, or seal bag. Refrigerate for four hours, turning steaks once after two hours.

Remove and discard salad dressing.
